How do I place my order?

 

To place an order:

 

1. Add items to your shopping cart.

2. Proceed to checkout through our website or PayPal.

3. For website checkout, click the “Checkout” button on the right side of the screen. For PayPal, click the PayPal button.

4. On the Customer Information page, enter your email, name, and address.

5. If you have a discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field on the right side and click “Apply.”

6. Click “Continue to Shipping Method,” verify the delivery address, then click “Continue to Payment Method.”

7. Enter your payment details and confirm if the shipping and billing details are the same.

8. Click “Complete Order” to see an order summary and receive an email confirmation.

What if there are items missing or incorrect products when I receive my order?

 

Contact us at services@bolnovidom.com with your Order # and proof (image file under 1MB). We will reship the correct item at no extra cost, and you can keep the wrongly sent item as a gift.

 

How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

 

You will receive an email confirmation with the Order Number and purchase details.

 

I would like to change my items ordered. What should I do?

 

You can amend your order before 11:00pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day of placing it. Contact us via support@kinjeelozz.com for changes.
